We are moving into the 21st century as such we require people with the right mindset. No one survives without the use of technology and as such it is the same for us. We no-longer operate from a fixed building. We work remotely as a means of reducing costs and improving efficiency. We need volunteers who are capable of working as a part of a virtual team. We are all used to using virtual environments on media platforms to engage with others professional and personally. You already have the transferable skills. As such many organisations have staff that do not work all day in an office, they are out and about seeing clients. A classic example of this would be a mid-wife or locum doctor who go out and visit patients. You as a therapist would see your clients at a counselling space. You would then interact with us using the virtual tools that we provide. Lots of online meetings and your paper work would be done via computer rather than physically filling out forms and filing them away. If this sounds like an environment you can engage in then we would be more than happy to have you on-board.
